Tim Evans

Senior Pastor

Tim Evans is the Senior Pastor at North Clay Baptist Church. He came to what was then Centercrest Baptist Church in July of 2003 after serving for 4 years as an associate pastor at Philadelphia Baptist Church. A native of Summerville, GA, Tim spent 20 years running his own small business before entering the vocational ministry. He began his formal training for ministry in August of 1995 by entering Beeson Divinity School, Samford University, receiving his Master of Divinity degree in 1998.

Pastor Tim is charged with the general over sight of North Clay, giving leadership guidance in every ministry area of the church. He serves North Clay Baptist Church primarily in the areas of preaching, teaching, and pastoral care to the flock.

Tim is married to Ellen Pedersen Evans and is the father of 3 adult children and a grandfather to 9 marvelous grandchildren. He is an outdoorsman (hunting, fishing, golf, running, snow skiing) and an avid reader. 


Brad Aldridge

Associate Pastor

Brad Aldridge serves North Clay Baptist Church as the facilities coordinator and through assisting his fellow pastors/elders in a variety of ministries within church as well as the surrounding communities. Before coming to North Clay, Brad spent over 20 years in the public sector in the field of communications (U.S. Army, Motorola, and Bellsouth/AT&T). Brad has a passion for God’s word and a desire that all come to faith and repentance through the proclamation of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Brad has been married to his wife, Michelle, since 1990 and they have three adult children, Meagan, Wyatt, Maggie and two grandchildren, Avram and Eli.


Drew Bieber

Associate Pastor

Drew Bieber serves North Clay Baptist Church through leading worship for our corporate gatherings, directing/producing North Clay's audio/visual media, and by providing pastoral care to the members of North Clay. Drew is a lifelong musician with a background in missions and military service (including the U.S. Marine Corps and the Alabama Air National Guard). Drew is dedicated to discipling others to live every aspect of their lives in light of the worship of God and in submission to the Lordship of Christ. He has been married to his wife, Katie, since 2015 and they have four sons, Jude, Caleb, Luke, and Asa.
