Heath McPherson
Associate Pastor
Heath McPherson serves as Student Pastor at North Clay Baptist Church. Heath has a passion for reaching young minds and hearts with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. His aim in ministry is to help people think and feel deeply about the love shown to us in Jesus.
Before coming to NCBC, Heath served as an elder at Branch Life Church in Birmingham, AL. His roles there included preaching, discipleship and event planning.
Heath aims to walk in step with Acts 20:24 where it says, "I do not account my life of any value, nor as precious to myself, if only I may finish my course in the ministry that I receive from the Lord Jesus to testify to the gospel of the grace of God".
Heath lives with his wife Tiffany and their two boys Caden and Rylan on a small hill top farm in rural Blount County. He enjoys afternoon walks with Tiffany, camping with family and drawing.
